About Us
Compassionate Care for Every Generation
At Capistrano Children’s & Adult Dentistry + Orthodontics, we believe patients should feel seen, heard, and respected at every stage of life. That’s why we’ve created a truly integrated experience—with pediatric, adult, and orthodontic care all under one roof. Our mission is simple: to make high-quality dentistry honest, personal, and accessible for every family in our community.
Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist
Mandi Lynn Wilson, DDS
For me, pediatric dentistry is more than a profession—it’s a calling. I’m passionate about delivering high-quality, individualized care that helps every child feel comfortable, confident, and cared for.
Every child is unique, and I love finding creative ways to meet their needs—whether it’s letting them sit in a regular chair or adapting our approach for children who are neurodiverse or have specialized healthcare needs. I’m especially proud that our practice welcomes patients other offices may not be equipped to treat. By creating positive, personalized dental experiences, we’re helping to build a foundation for lifelong healthy smiles.
One of the greatest joys of my work is that I learn just as much from my patients as they learn from me. Their resilience, curiosity, and individuality continually inspire me to grow as a provider and as a person.
I pursue continuing education to stay current with evidence-based practices and deliver the safest, most effective care possible. I also serve as faculty at the University of Southern California and mentor pediatric dental residents at Healthy Smiles for Kids of Orange County and Children’s Hospital of Orange County.

In the Community
Through my work with Healthy Smiles for Kids of Orange County—a nonprofit serving children with special healthcare needs and families with limited access to care—I’m honored to give back to our community. I also provide care through their teledentistry program to expand access throughout Orange County.
Outside the Office
Originally from East Texas, I now call Orange County home. When I’m not in the office, I enjoy hiking, playing coed softball, going to live music events, and traveling to new places. I also love visiting my family—including my two sisters and three nephews—who always keep me on my toes.
